Terms & Conditions of Order
- Each order form will be for 1 (one) kind/type of product (not multiple types of products).
- Minimum amount of purchase is set for each product purchase. Mecimashop will not cater to any overseas order request for less than the mentioned units of the product as stated on the order form.
- Overseas customers who would like to purchase less than the minimum amount of the product (as stated on the order form) must place the order directly on our website (www.mecimashop.com). Please note that any orders placed in our website can only be delivered to an Indonesian address. We advise you to use a friend’s or acquaintance’s address in Indonesia.
- The customer must make sure to write down the correct delivery address including the postal code of the respective country and/or region.
- Please double check the order form before submitting the order to Mecimashop and also before making the payment.
- Mecimashop will not cater to any request for any order changes or modifications once you have submitted the order form.
Terms & Conditions of Shipment
- Mecimashop is not responsible for product shipment to the customer’s address.
- Mecimashop will only take orders from the overseas customer. Customers can check the estimate shipment fee on the respective shipping company’s website.
- Customers must pay the shipping expenses directly to the courier/forwarder.
- The customer will only pay Mecimashop for the product they purchase and delivery fee from Mecimashop’s warehouse to the courier/forwarder’s office or pick-up point, and excludes shipment fee to customer’s address.
- All shipment expenses, including but not limited to taxes, incurred in the respective country (of the shipment address) will be borne by the customer.
- Please find below the details for international shipment:
- International delivery:
- Mecimashop advises you to arrange your order shipment with DHL.
- International customers are responsible to contact DHL for the shipping arrangement of your order to your address. Please check DHL’s official website for more information.
- Mecimashop will inform overseas customers via email regarding the estimated date of the order pickup schedule. After receiving the email, customers have 7 (seven) working days to arrange the pickup of their order from our pickup point. If Mecimashop does not receive any information regarding the pickup from the customer within the aforementioned time (7 working days), the order is deemed to be not picked up by the customer and no longer available for pick up in any future time.
- Please make sure that DHL will pick up your order at the designated pick up point at the agreed schedule.
- International delivery:
- Customers could let us know if they would like to use any other shipping company that they prefer.
- Product packaging for the shipment to your address will be the responsibility of the courier/forwarder company. Mecimashop delivers your order to the courier/forwarder in the exact condition as received from the product’s manufacturer in South Korea. Mecimashop is not responsible for any product damage and/or loss during the shipment of your order.
Terms & Conditions of Payment
- The customer must make sure to write down the correct payment information (bank name and swift code) so that Mecimashop will receive the payment.
- Mecimashop only accepts payment via Bank Transfer. We suggest you to use international bank transfer or TransferWise to make your payment.
- The customer must pay the order in full amount. Any transfer fees must be borne by the customer. The customer must double check and make sure with their local bank and/or transfer service regarding the regulations and fees of international bank transfer.
- Mecimashop will only process the customer’s order if the payment is received in full amount. The customer must pay for the remaining amount if the payment received by Mecimashop is not in FULL AMOUNT as per the payment instruction.
- We appreciate your patience until your payment is confirmed by Mecimashop.
- Mecimashop would also like to ask for your cooperation to always double check the email instructions regarding the order and/or payment as Mecimashop will not do any refund for any customer’s mistake on the order and/or payment.
DISCLAIMER:
- Due to the ongoing global pandemic of COVID-19 and depending on your local conditions (or the respective country in the delivery address), please expect delays on the deliveries and/or pick up.
- As the product shipment to customer’s address is the customer’s responsibility, Mecimashop will not cater to questions regarding delivery period, product arrival in your designated address and/or other inquiries regarding the delivery of your order. Mecimashop appreciates customers’ understanding on this matter.
- Should there be any failure in deliveries made by the shipping agency (including due to incorrect and/or incomplete data such as address and/or phone number provided by the customer) so as to require additional costs, the additional costs will be borne by the customer.
